Canon Ixus 980 IS or Sony DSC-T700??

Hello everyone! This is my first post here. I'm glad I found this forum!

Anyways, I'm looking to buy a Point and Shoot camera this coming SITEX show.

Hope you guys can help me choose between these 2 models:

Canon IXUS 980IS or the Sony DSC-T700?? Which one should I get?

Most important for me are the ff: SPEED, IMAGE QUALITY, and STYLE/LOOKS

Well, you should head down to the shops first to test it. Cause its 2 different brands so you must see which one you prefer. And I think sony is touch screen right?

Both cameras will meet those requirements, though the sony is a bit more stylish and give your HD-quality videos.

But, as mentioned, go to a store and try them for yourself first. Don't let other people make your choices for you.
