Can i add my digi photos here

I am very much new here and in digital photography also. Can somebody tell me how can i add some of my photos here and then ask my friends to view it all over the world ?

You'll have to upload to a website that allows you to do that or even hotlink your pics, then post the url of the pic or the website hosting your pics here. Check on this thread for some recommendations.
