Can Canon 1Dmk2 do IR?

Hi, after browsing through the IR section, i'm somehow hooked on the images that you guys have created. I have a canon 350D and a 1Dmk2. My Newbie questions are:

1. What do it mean by long exposure time required on the 350D? aprox how many seconds as a rough guide.

2. I had gone through the list of camera capable of doing IR but 1Dmk2 or any of the 1 series are not listed. Does it mean the 1 series cannot take IR?

3. Can the canon 350D be modified to take IR? I mean for IR only at fast speed.

1. Usually it's like 1-3secs long on my D70s, f/8-f/11.
3. Yup, the 350D can also be modded if i'm not wrong.

yes the 1DII can do IR. in fact it does it great!!!

Been trying out some sample shots but think I need more pratice. Followed the steps in the sticky but guess I need more training.

My initial test was using a 70-200f2.8 IS which I later realise is listed as Bad for IR. Seem the 350D + 10-22 that i have is a good combination.
