Camera shop in LA/NY

Hi, I will be going US soon. It's my second time in more than 10yrs. So, I'd to know of any shop in LA and NY that offers good bargains for Canon bodies and lens. Maybe 2nd hand shop would be nice too.

And also, I would like to know where to catch a coach from LA to Vegas. What's the cost and how long's the ride?
