Camera and PC photo color different

Hi all,
I am new to DSLR.
Today just found out from the color of the photo that was taken using Canon 500D (as seen in camera's LCD), is not same with the color when i see the photo in my laptop!!!

Anybody can teach me how to overcome this problem? anyway to "calibrate" my pc to have the same color as my camera?
