Higher zoom. Plus the one without internal memory takes upto 64gb card while the other one max memory is 16gb internal + 16gb card = 32gb.

Funny... I asked the B&H online sales rep and he told me he himself dun have the answer. "I never have a good explanation for it myself"

Haha. You're right. I was checking from my phone and got a little confused.
The pricing might just be due to higher sales of the model with in built memory as well.
