THANK YOU all for your generous camera donation. Children were all smiles when they received the donated cameras, given out at two photo outings: “I-Heart Marine Parade Cluster & PA-PMET: Click & Care Photo Walk” and “Click and Care: My First Camera Presentation Ceremony”

Check out the photos at: http://www.facebook.com/MyNeighbourhoodGems/

This initiative launched on 4 June 2014, has received more than 120 cameras including video cameras, digital still cameras and cameras with interchangeable lens till date.

With the target of 200 cameras, we would like to call out for more and encourage members of the public to come forth to donate their old cameras. This would benefit less privileged children and youth in Marine Parade GRC for their upcoming photo outings. Donate now to share the joy and creativity of photography with the children.
We welcome any brand or type of cameras and/or any accessories in good working conditions; a basic donation would be a camera, battery and charger.

Head down to the donation points now! For special requests on collection points in other geographical locations (i.e central or west, etc), you could PM us your contact details. The organisers will consolidate all of such requests and make special arrangements.

For more information, do visit: https://myneighbourhoodgems.sg/donate-your-old-camera

Donation period: 4th June 2014 – 4th September 2014

This is part of My Neighbourhood Gems CARE initiative by the People’s Association and Marine Parade Cluster.
