Is there a colour calibrator for scanner, screen and printer? A kit that is 'pao-ka-leaw'? If there is, how much is it? If not, which are the packages that can be purchased seperately?
printer calibration is tricky. the eye one match is good for monitor calibrations but every paper that u feed into a printer requires a different profile. if u have a calibration device like an eye one what u can do is use it like a chromometer to calibrate the colour reproduction on the paper itself. pm me for more info but true printer calibration is impossible without some serious hardware. if u want a pau kaw liau solution you will have paw kau liau prints. my suggestion is to get a eye one or similiar device, edit yr images as per normal, but get it printed at a lab along with an embedded profile in yr image. it works out better that way.
