Is it adviseable to buy fungus-cleaned len? Small pecks of fungus only.
If not, is there a way to find out if that lens had been infested or not?

i won't advice to buy. simply because by cleaning it, it looks new, but there is a tendency to get infected again.
fungus are micro-scopic organisms, can hide in small places. hence cleaning is no 100% sure against reinfection.

but there is a high possibility that it would. then will be :bheart: liao.
if the lens never kerna fungus before, it would not kerna if kept properly in dry box. take the chance if the price offered is good.

It just that i will be buying 2nd hand most of the time.. and some fungus was cleaned w/o me knowing..

Just ask anyone who has ever gotten a fungal infection. It seems to be cured but then it can come back again and again...
Maybe you should isolate it first... just so you won't 'infect' the other lenses?
