The curtains add colour and interest leh...maybe if the focus was on the boy and the foreground was blurred (is it possible?), it would bring out the boy better.

yep, like what yunling said...
i like the fact that the the coloured tassel adds privacy yet allow the boy to peek out...

the boy is seemingly guilty of looking out!

mm, i think the tassels are nice.

IMHO it would be great if you go down to the level of the boy and shoot it right in front of him instead in an angle. but then the tassels would have blocked his face

it was a very fast shot... trying to catch up with my friends in the winding streets of Hanoi... no time to think... it was the tassels that made me stop to snap!
