What material do you guys use for your bounce cards attached to an SB800?
Any idea where i can get them?

And whats the recommended shape for ballroom?

or... should i just buy it from alan/cathay?

Google DIY bounce card and tons of links will come up.

There's no fixed formula for these things. Considering how cheaply they can be made, experiment and see which size/shape gives you the best results.
