makes you wonder if it's the blindman who is blind or the people around him....

this is a very rude blind man.
he goes to all the places where he is noticed. like in Bishan J8
for those who go there. there's the road in between the bus terminal and J8. he stands RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE of the road
when i tried to tell him to like go somewhere safer..
he told me in a very rude voice that if he wanted to help him, i must buy something for him. i got quite pissed and just walked off.

What is worse is that he uses his stick to block the people walking pass him.
