Pulau Redang is nice! i wanna go there some day..

Oh, Taman Negara is not bad.. waterfall and clear waters :)

Which is the most satisfactory place that you had been in Malaysia, in terms of taking pictures?

Am planning a trip for 4 to 5 days (intend to take a short break, not solely for the purpose taking pictures of course, but for holiday as well, intend to drive up all the way).

Well, TS would like to drive up. So Sabah & Sarawak are out of the option.

If you happen to plan for Sabah & Sarawak nature trip, please be ready to spend a lot on domestic flight for ease of travel as well as time saving. Driving at Sabah is not easy and dangerous if you never driven there before. A lot of unforseen conditions and narrow roads. Compare to season drivers (for coach, lorries, trailers, land cruisers even Kancil), they speed and overtake even at cornering of narrow roads.

near kuantan, there is a old mine chinese town called Sg lembing. It has a nice lookout point to see nice night sky and sunrise with seas of clouds, on a clear fine weather day.

when the monsoon season hits the east coast, visiting pangkor island in the west can be an alternative choice.

Pulau Rawa. Been there twice, it's a great weekend getaway.

It's awesome because it's a small private island, so there really aren't too many people on there at any point in time. And the water is crystal clear, with powder fine sand. Can't ask for much more. :)

For a one night stay R&R. Colmar Tropicale, Bukit Tinggi.

Its now called berjaya hills resort if im not mistaken. Its a concept for multiple "castles" from around the world. There was a beautiful jap tea garden. Not sure if its still there though. Used to drive up with my dad a couple of years back when i was not so busy.

Anyone has a travel agent or hotel they recommend for these places?
