I myself is a HUGE fan of Hainanese chicken rice, and so far "Pao Xing" in Serangoon Gardens and the one at Marina South kopitiam top my chart.. Both of them are almost on par, however the former offer nonya dishes too.

On the subject of hawker food ... I have a request ... many years ago, there was a very nice wanton noodle stall at Changi Village HC (in the first row, near the "famous" malay nasi lemak stalls). However, when the HC underwent renovation the hawkers moved out, and I haven't been able to find them since. Their signature was their chilli ... nice and strong with lots of hae bee hiam. I know it's not much to go on, and I can't even remember the name of the stall, but on the offchance that someone may know ...

Thanks in advance :)
