From the Exif posted, shutter speed : 1/1250s .... no need tripod kua.

Based on 1/1250s shutter speed, you can do it handheld. No need for tripod :)

Do u use off camera flash??wat triggering device was used to get the high speed sync??or were u using the FP sync??thanks..

No tripod was used for this shot

No speedlight was used except ambient light and a reflector. Even if I've to use speedlight at times, my D300 is set to FP & syc at above 1/320s
