Have been quite busy with a lot of things last weekend.

Anyway here's my shots. Was busy trying something else due to the irritating flags around.
So since I could not do what I had planned to do, I change to plan B which is playing with my filters and trying to do a pano shot.

cheer...

Good attempt.
But do you have done any PP for this picture, personally find it too much/heavy saturation..

:( Only managed to take total of 6 photos for this outing...

I can see your effort in playing with angles and perspective while framing the pictures which deserve a credit..:)

Is time for you to invest a wide angle lens..

This is nice except for a bit tilted horizon.

Hmm... I'm quite confused how you can see the tilted horizon.
From what I can see, it's not tilted :dunno:

Yes skylover, too much on the right. Prob could be balanced if you had more on the left also, but still, a lot could be cut off (right side).

If you see properly, the horizon has tiltled at RHS.

Thanks Jacobs.. I think too much dark side on the right spoil the picture..
oops.. thanks for telling me.. its definitely tilted..

I seriously need a UWA... =(

BBB!

Tokina 11-16 2.8 for you?:devil::devil:

er.. noobzpro.. your shots..
  • the building is been cut off quite suddenly
  • its slanted. Did you use the spirit level?
  • what do you wan to show to your reader?

paiseh new to photography erm no spirit level too...

Well attempt bro..The picture will be great if can place more room to the sky..:)

Thank you.

I wanted to cover the reflections of the buildings on the water too, thus I did not cover much of the sky.

Thanks Bro :)
Nicely done. Sometimes taking less, is more ;)

I have a Tokina11-16 but changed lens to 50mm because the sky too hazy and not so interesting to take wide with my exisitng newbie skill .
Was wondering how to take pics with dramatic sky , going to read up on some book on the use of filters
