Before We Forget is a youth-led initiative to foster conversations about dementia. After they realised how the stigma of neurological disorders and terminal illnesses perpetuates a culture of fear and ignorance, Jeremy Boo, 22, and Lee Xian Jie , 21, spent more than a year documenting the lives of people with dementia and their caregivers.

Their work will be exhibited at 3 public locations in September alongside photos from the Photo Challenge, photojournalist Bob Lee, and stories from bloggers Mr Miyagi, Mr Wang Says So, Tara Tan, and Norvin Chan.

If you're heading to The Arts House at the Old Parliament for the Singapore International Film Festival, pop by the Film Gallery on Level 1 to have a look at stories and photographs from the Before We Forget website.
