but hor,

will the weight hinder me from taking the pics?

as in, will the weight from the grip cause the camera's weight to tilt?

On the contrary, the grip will make the centre of gravity (my physics teacher would be so proud of me) closer to you allowing for better control.

I always have the grip on my 400D. It makes the camera more balance. I only remove the grip when I go travelling, that's the only time I appreciate the size and weight of 400D without the grip :bsmilie:

for a big guy like me... i always need a Grip to have a good control....

ohh..
so it does prolong the batt life huh... :D

great...

any idea how much would it cost and can i get it over at CP?

it will cost you about $150-$200 if i am not wrong... you can do a price comparison between CP and AP Funan... CP was selling 350D grip for $195 but i got mine over at AP for $180... so advice is do some price comparison before u buy it =D

I love my grip.. I cannot think of any cons abt having a grip.. onli one maybe is weight.. but that may not be a bad thing. So.. go buy 1. :bsmilie:

it gets it in the way when you want to mount on a tripod
also not as stable if mounted with grip

if i use the grip or not depends on situation
