I have a CHG2000PDSC Battery Charger or Ripvan100 lightning pack 4000n.
After charging 4 x batteries, only 1 LED blink.
According to online manual
1) Slow flash green = Charge cycle completed and "Trickle Mode" is active
2) LED is off = Power is ON, and -
 No cells inserted.
 Cells inserted incorrectly.
 Cells damaged.
 Controls or protections activated
But it was
3) Solid green = Batteries are charging
So does anyone knows whats wrong? Should it be showig 2 LEDs blinking rather than 1?
