hi all , i am interested to take up basic photography. Any recommendations? safra and pss is conducting, any personal experience?

dun waste money with PSS and safra ... join clubsnap shooting and outings often ... talk to the organiser that you want some guides and i am sure they will volunteer to help you ... 
guidelines are :
1) buy a few fuji ISO 200 and do some test shots ; remember your settings ..
2) If you are Digital, then remember the settings after you take each time round ..
3) improve on the settings to give you the desired results ..
4) also remember to notice which areas you need to improve, For e.g. composition or focusing ...

Slightly off topic, but I went through the Objectifs website and noticed they offered filmmaking classes... anyone knows other places that offers this????
