Are All Tripods universal?

definitely there is a huge different... 500g is about 20-25% of the tripod weight itself... or simple you are bring a 190prob + 2 ball head (486RC2) :bsmilie:

I agree with blazer_workz that a CF tripod is worth the difference.

CP is selling them, but IIRC, it's ard $134. :sweat: I might get a few more new ones at ard $110. Specs can be found here.

oic.. not so cheap too.. pretty expensive.. load capacity is only 2kg.. 400D with BG-3 n 580EX would be about 2kg.. add a L lens woul be quite heavy liao.. hehe..

Tripod is very expensive.. brand, load capacity, aluminium or CF make the price tag of the tripod. hehe..
