Anywhere can get scrapped electronic items?

Hi all, do you all know where to get a spoilt, or scrap electronic items?

I am looking for a certain type of GPS by Magellan, explorist 100. Anyone has it even?

I broke my friend's GPS's cover. My friend said its fine, but I feel so guilty about it. Seriously I don wan to buy a new one cos don think its cheap. The thing is fine, just that the cover is cracked, which I rather fix it myself...
