Anyone used Raynox RT5248 with C-5060?

Raynox manufactures a tube RT5248 for use with the OLY C-5060WZ. The RT5248 lens holder is required for mounting DCR-1540PRO, DCR-FE180PRO, DCR-1850PRO, DCR-150, DCR-250, MSN-200 and MSN-500 onto the C5060. These are all various telephoto etc lenses.

What attracts me is that RT5248 has female thread which is 52mm and allows the possibility of screwing on easily available filters and adapters for use with the C5060, for e.g. Nikon 4T Close-Up filter.

Has anyone used the Raynox products with the C5060? Also, is the RT5248 available in Singapore? If so, where can I buy it?

I would love to hear about the alternatives too. The bayonet end for the CLA-7 makes it limited to OLY products only
