anyone tried Meike FC100 LED Macro Ring Flash ?

i'm looking to purchase this for my macro adventures but need some inputs on its performance.

i was also leaning to the sigma ring flash but too expensive.

hope macro guys can help me decide.

also, nissin released a ring flash mf18, but not yet available.

Personally I don't like using a ring flash for macro, just a short flash with a simple home-made diffuser is already enough for my macro needs.
