Anyone reverse a 50mm and stack on another zoom lens to create a teleconverter?

I haven't really done it, but I've seen others doing it.. basically both lens have got to be the same filter size..

good method : Use a coupling ring to screw both lenses back to back, or modify one yourself.

bad method : use masking tape.. works, but might do some funky damage to your white lens paintwork.. hehee

think there're a couple of threads here abt lens coupling; they can
give u high degree of magnification... don't think they act as a teleconverter though...
