Anyone keen to share the cost of rental of lenses together?

First of all, i'm not sure if this discussion is allowed in the forum. If not, moderator pls remove this thread.

I guess all of you are aware that there are shops that provides rental services for their lenses and cameras? Most of them offer quite decent rental fees for the equipments, but i think you need to rent for at least 1 day?

I'm using 450D was thinking of renting tokina 11-16mm f2.8 and canon 17-55mm f2.8 just to test out the quality and play around with UWA shots...but i dont need that 1 day to do that, hence i was thinking if anyone who would like to try these 2 lenses can actually share the rental cost with me and we can meet at a venue for phototaking?

Meanwhile if this is workable, we could have this thread as a form of platform to share rental fees for camera equipments?

Hey..its quite cheap. $28 for the tokina per day and $36 for 17-55mm per day. For 2 days, the tokina and 17-55 would be $46 and $60 respectively. For 5 days, it would be $86 and $110 respectively.
