What are the pros and cons of this camera and overall review?

Besides this: cheap or expensive is relative and varies between different people. If you look for rock bottom prices then local sets are not your focus anyway, whereas others might want to opt for the local warranty. If you know about a good offer then share it.

Took the cam out today.
Long time didn't use a P&S. ��
Quite interesting.
Battery life seem OK for first try.

I tried it too. Very fast focusing as compared to my old g12. I got it purely for diving. Haha. Land I using DSLR.

he mentioned lar, so i would assume he bought those at slrr (slr revolution)
