Any Tour Agencies to recommend?

I've been asked to organize a retreat to malaysia or anywhere near / cheap for 40+- ppl.... been surfing the web for a while now... and seens quite a few places to go...

I've never been out of the country... so... never been to any agency.. so guy any recommendations?
