hi guys i had a little problem on having some dust on my nikon D50 CCD...i heard you can buy a sensor brush to clean it..but it cost around 100 plus right? Is there any cheaper ways to clean the CCD as i'm on a budget..will appreciate any tips or advice..thanks

i would say just bring up ur mirror and shutter, exposing ur sensor and give it 1 or 2 good blows. Its good enough to rid ur sensor of most visible dust on ur ccd..

ya..thats wat i did and i agree that the visible dust are hardly visible. but when you put it at a very small aperture and shoot it on a bright coloured surface, you will start to see alot of dust which are invisible to the naked eye..

Abit off topic but heres a line on how to check for dust if u need one :D
