Any good 3 way tripod head to recommend for travelling?

Hi,

I need a good 3-way pan/tilt head for travelling. Can anyone please recommend me one? My budget is $200 and below. It should preferably be compact enough for travelling but sturdy to hold an EOS 3 with 28-70 f/2.8 lens.

Or if anyone has a 2ndhand good condition head to sell, I'm interested too.

Manfrotto 460MG is not exactly compact but it's pretty light (430g including quick release and spirit leveller). Supposed to hold up to 3kg. Costs slightly over $100.
