is there an adapter like that?

A. Yes

B. T-mount is a mount that is developed orginally to standardised the screw mount to a standard distance so every lenses can be used interchangeably. But now it is normally mount onto telescope.

If I understand correctly, you want to mount an ef lens to a M42 lens, then m42 to eos body. If that ios corect then you can get an adaptor to mount the two lenses using a filter adapter. (ie. 55 to 55 or 55 to 58 etc.) These are readily available. You can also get m42 to eos adaptors and get eos to many other camera adaptors. also get say 55mm to eos body ( called a revrsing ring )

I hope I made this clear, if any questions just post and I will answer.
