1st one is nice.
but the bright colour of her shirt & her sexy body are easily attract my attention instead of the model face. I do believe the power of eyes contact. Therefore, you may want to bright up more on the model's face so that the 1st impression is on the model face and her eyes not others part. (My view only, no offence here). Anyway, I do like u processing.
