I find the sky too saturated for the overall balance of the image but it's quite pleasing as a whole 8D

i feel that she blends in with the buildings.. eyes at the same level of the windows, top the same color as the walls..and the boots as dark as the waters..
were you going for that?

but other than the girl being cute, the slanting orientation is messing with my brain.

She's lost...with too much of the background in focus.. the building behind didn't help to bring the model out...it may have worked with a different background or none at all... I think the slant would have been okay without the messy background...

I like the colours though...
