Anamorphic x Canon

Hey guys just a question that has been bothering me.

I've been thinking about getting into anamorphic video/photo and I'm wondering if a isco 1.9x anamorphic lens will fit on a canon EF 40mm f2.8 STM with the adapter mounted onto a 7D

Any lao jiao has any advice or any info on where I would get this is Singapore or do I have to go out of sg? Thanks!

ebay probably. get a cheap manual lens
