My suggestion is get a lawyer to draft out one contract for you. Not only will it look more professional, but your lawyer will advise you on the risks involved and whether the clauses are enforceable or not. Some of us paid thousands of dollars one off just to make sure that our contract covers all aspect of the business and trust me, it's a worthwhile investment.
