But an Atomos ninja 2 costs the same price!
 

Ninja will need SSD. The Armasight can be used when programme recording in H264 is required by client and you don't want to hand off an expensive SSD. There are much cheaper H264 alternatives (eg Avermedia EzRecorder CR530 )without monitors but having less clutter and cable on the desk is a joy:)
