advise needed

hey guys....

im usin a olympus e-430. but when im usin de zoom lens... my pics tend to get blurry.. i think coz im shaking... any tips or advise to avoid getting a blurr result????

There are so many ways!
1. tripod
2. putting it on a stable platform
3. incr iso so the shutter speed will increase
4. opening up your aperture, thus increasing shutter speed
5. taking shots between your breathes
6. Gyming. This will help built a stable hand
7. Beer belly, now you have a support under your elbow
