I just bought a D90 n been taking picture with it . Fantastic camera .
i am using the standard kit of 18mm-105mm lens . What i notice is that whenever i turn off the camera too long assuming 30mins , when i turn it back on again the camera will take very long to display apperture value on the viewfinder . When i try to take a picture , on the view finder it will display F--- blinking and nothing happen when the shutter button is press .
Thing goes back to normal after awhile when the apperture value is display .
Is this normal ? Is the apperture value have any dependancies on the lense ?
Also when i bought this camera , i was given with a nikon international warranty yellow booklet , what do i need to do if i need to send it for repair ? Do i need just the purchased receipt and the yellow warranty booklet .
