my user manual stated, below 60% to prevent fungus, below 50% to prevent rust....

Maybe you set the humidity too high.
Try turning the knob towards "A" to increase the humidity.

My cabinet is place inside my bedroom and the room temperature is always around 27 degrees centigrade. My cabinet hovers around 46% at 29degrees, the green light is very dim all the time.
 

I set my dry cabinet to 30% humidity (too low for some). All my lenses are free from fungus for many, many years.:)
