Hi, your pic i think is underexposed. And also watch out for the right side. You have caught a building too... :)

Why not wait till the night when the lights are on in that area and the moon is at its brightest then shoot? Always wanted to do that but I have no time...
 

Hi your photo seems to be lacking contrast. Try to push up in PS. Yah the rite building... abit distracting. I believe you are trying to shoot nite? Maybe tell us what is your intend of this photo? :)
 

Hi i was passing by the place about evening.. was too ambitious.. wanted to show the moon and some effect of the evening sky :p
yah should have waited a bit longer b4 shooting it :p

As mentioned, the image is indeed quite a bit underexposed. Pull the curves.
The moon is simply too small to add any drama really.

Using a telephoto may help increase the moon-subject size. Stand further away... to fill the frame. If not, try a double exposure.
