There is no 70-200 one touch.
You're thinking about the 80-200 one touch.

70-200 doesn't have a one touch version i think.
as entropy has said, i think you're refering to the 80200mm f2.8 one touch.
the difference is that the one touch is zoomed by pushing and pulling the lens, rather than by turning a zoom ring.
