How does the overall size compare to my lovely Yashica GX?

hmm...that is small! i used to have a yashica fx3-2000 with zeiss tessar 45/2.8 pancake lens, but it's bigger than your setup.

nice. now u can carry a slr with u everyday how i wish i got such a cam as a carry-around-everyday cam

i think fx3 is slightly bigger then MX
