I'd take Israel's statement more seriously.

They sent death squad to hunt down perpetrators of the Olympic massacre whichever countries they were, they infiltrated into another country's territory to rescue their hostages. Literally, history has proven they'd do what they say they'd do. No matter how impossible it seems.
