Hi guys..i have a birthday party coming up..location of the party is either inside a house or under the void deck..i have a canon 50d body n tamron 17-50mm lens..im thinking of renting the 580ll flash..my purpose here is i wanted u guys to give me some suggestions abt this set up..whether it is a good combination or should i use other lenses..

its more then sufficient unless you want to rent and use a prime..

Sounds like a great plan!
Just remember to practice as much as you can before the party starts, and try bouncing the flash and use the little white fill-card that's found in the head of the flash!
