from kite flying, lantern parade, fashion show and even mrt disruption. There`s even a authentic japanese school festival.

anything special about these 2 dates or simply has been like that all along?

Every day also got a lot of things going on, but just that maybe those things are not things which interest you. :)

Either that or didnt even hear of it in the first place.

speaking of almost everyday got event, October would be it from my calendar.
