ClubSNAP 10th Anniversary 2012
Theme: A Photography Community Beyond Borders.
Concept:
Celebration Buffent Dinner on 20 Apr (Fri) at SAM followed by 2 days of Workshops, Talks, Photo Walk and Photo Exhibition.
1. Aniversary Buffet Dinner. Open to all ClubSNAP members, luck draws, invite VVIP (ministers or MOS ???) music Cake cutting.
a. Dinning Committee OIC Chris form your khakis and a sub treasurer.
b. Task to organise the dinner include programme, invitation and the food.
c. Fees. $25 per pax for members
d. Mods and invited guest free (set a number CS to sponosr)
e. Things to consider:
- Location SAM
- Number of people max 200 person
- Time line : 30 Mar to finalise the pax and caterer etc.
- Caterer - $18 per pax
- Tentage at the fountain area? For food.
- Music at the glass hall Nikon GMs band
- Short video montage of CS?
- Lucky draw,
- Birthday cake.
- Publicity to start 1 Mar
- Come out with a programme
f. Progress Report to have a thread in CS Mod Room on report progress weekly?
2. Workshop and PhotoWalk Programme Committee.
a. OIC James PeterPan? Seb Song? Catus Jack? Alex? Adam
b. Sub Committee - 3 locations ie glasshall, chapel and 8Q and a photowalk oic
c. Timing for all location:
- 21 & 22 Apr
Photowalk 8am 10am
Morning 10.30am 12pm (1 talk at each location) total 3 talks
Afternoon 1pm to 2.30pm, 3.30pm to 5pm (2 talks at each location) total 6 talks
Total 18 talks and 2 photowalks.
Talks can be repeated. Ie on Sat and Sun
