I would recommend you to get multiple smaller cards. Reason being in case your memory card becomes defective or corrupted, you have extra cards on standby which us readily available.

Usually I use aspect ratio of 6:4. I would think that it's better to print your own postcards because the printers all have different colour profiles and calibrations. Unless you go to those printers with colour seperations(expensive). Coz end up, you might not get the colours that you want to...

At least charge them enough to cover for your expenses if the job is portfolio worthy. You should probably either charge per image of per page(if the picture is going full-page or dual page spread).If it's not portfolio worthy, then I won't do it.
