At f9 on an A4 size ground glass, unless u have an extremely bright focusing screen, focusing and composing is not fun also leh....

290mm is a lot of coverage for a 150mm repro lens. They are typically 4 element and the usable image circle is typically marginally more than it's focal length.

If you are using the modern copal shutters, they use the same cable release as the mechanical 35mm cameras and any camera shops in the peninsula area will stick them. As for linhof boards, they would be easily available in eBay, adorama, KEH etc. Enjoy your LF experience.

I had this issue with ilford roll film as well. It's the emulsion sticking to the paper backing or the backing layer after it's exposed just prior to development. So after u open up the roll in the dark bag to develop, part of the emulsion gets peeled off. This is an ilford only issue from my...

Rollei uses the same lens from rolleicord III to Vb. It's an excellent lens with very vibrant colours. I've printed up to 20x20 inches with no issues. I cannot find any difference in the quality, even at the corners if u shoot at 5.6 or smaller.
