At least I think it's a heron :) Trying out my birding setup. Taken around 8am this morning, ISO400 400mm F/8 1/125 with flash on EOS 30D. The bird's eye is blown because of the flash. Any sr birders able to advise how to avoid this when using flash? C&C welcomed, thanks!
