hi, just took out my FM2 from the dry cabinet to 'play' when i realised that the shutter timings are all wrong.... ie, 1 doesn't open for 1s, 2 doesn't open for 1/2s... all seem to be firing at constant 1/125-1/250 range... this has happened before but that problem went away... now it's back...

correct me if i'm wrong but almost 75% of users here use canon systems right? hardly hear anyone mention nikon systems...... is canon better than nikon in any way other than the all important personal preference?

can i just confirm that if i'm using a 2x TC on let's say a 50mm F1.4 lens, i would end up with a 100mm F2.8 equivalant? that is to say, everything is doubled on a 2x TC and likewise for a 1.4x or 3x TC?
